After only 18 months, discount retailer Target has canceled its Target Ticket streaming video service. Launched in Fall 2013, the service allowed users to rent or purchase movies and TV shows, attempting to compete with other pay-as-you-go services like Blockbuster On Demand, Vudu, and M-GO.

If you like to browse the channel store for interesting channels to add to your Roku, you'll find that some of the categories have changed. For instance, you'll no longer find deer hunting next to yoga and Pilates - the Fitness & Outdoors category is now just Fitness, and channels with hunting, fishing, and other outdoor-related activities are now listed under Sports. DISH Network customers who subscribe to SHOWTIME finally have access to SHOWTIME ANYTIME, an added benefit that allows subscribers to watch on-demand videos, and to watch the live SHOWTIME feeds without a cable box or satellite receiver.
