ReefCamTV

Quick Look: ReefCamTV features a live stream underwater HD camera located on one of the shallow reefs off of Grand Cayman. If you are hoping to see large schools of colorful fish, sharks and rays you might be disappointed; however, if you want a "live screensaver" this may be for you. The camera is located in fairly shallow water and periodically revolves around, stopping at certain points on the reef.

There are several views out into deeper water where, if you are lucky, you may see something large swim by. Realistically, what you can expect to see are smaller reef species like wrasse, butterfly fish, damselfish, sargeant major, and chromis. Don't be surprised if you see snorkelers or divers swim by.

This website provides photographic images and descriptions of the fish you are likely to see. Since the camera is live the best time to watch is during the day when the fish are most active with plenty of ambient light. Additional information about ReefCam can be found on their website.

In addition to the ReefCam there are also two additional live HD cameras set up at bird feeders in the heart of Brazil's Atlantic forest. Here you can watch the assorted birds found in the region like Swallow-tailed Hummingbirds, Black Jacobins, Blue-winged Parrotlets, Plain Parakeets and more in a natural environment. There are two cameras available with one of them equipped with sound. Like the ReefCam the best time to watch is early morning, but anytime there is plenty of daylight available you will have nonstop action.

Just a reminder, the cameras are LIVE, so the cameras will be in darkness at night.
