R-Cast Quick Look: I never got this to work despite many frustrating attempts that included manually adding my Roku device and visiting the app's FAQ page. I was unable to cast anything to my Roku, but maybe you'll have better luck.

The concept is that you launch the R-Cast channel on your Roku, then you launch the R-Cast app on your Android device. Both the Roku and the Android device must be on the same Wi-Fi network. From within the Android app, find a video (the app is set up to default to YouTube, but this can be changed), start the video, and the video should appear on your Roku-connected TV.

The free app, which is available from Google Play at the link below, will let you play videos up to 10 minutes in length. To play longer videos, you can upgrade to the RADICAL edition from within the R-Cast app for $2.49.
