Quick Look: Great Chefs began as a series of cooking shows for PBS, and then moved to Discovery Channel under the titles Great Chefs of America and Great Chefs of the World. Each 23-minute video features chefs in their professional kitchens providing instruction on preparing three dishes - an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. Some examples are Tuna Tartare by chef George Morrone of Aqua in San Francisco; Lamb with Spring Vegetables by chef George Perrier of Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia; and Brutti Ma Buani by chef Lidia Bastianich of Felidia's in New York.
The videos are ad supported. The official channel description promises "over 700 episodes and more than 3000 recipes", but there are currently just over 100 episodes on the Roku channel.
