Quick Look: Telemundo Deportes En Vivo is a Spanish language sports channel. The channel broadcasts a variety of sporting events with a very heavy emphasis on soccer. Videos are available both in on-demand and live-stream format, but you will need to subscribe to a participating cable or satellite provider to activate the channel.
Quick Look: The often-requested OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) channel has arrived on Roku, but it is a TV Everywhere channel, which requires viewers to receive OWN through a cable or satellite subscription from a participating provider. The Watch OWN channel offers all of the same programming found on the cable channel, but on demand.
Quick Look: Subscribers to participating cable or satellite TV providers who receive Hallmark Channel as part of their subscription can watch shows and movies on-demand through
Hallmark Channel on Roku. This TV Everywhere channel offers a full lineup of Hallmark content on demand, including episodes of recent original series and great original movies.
Quick Look: The Fuse channel on Roku is free to add and watch a limited amount of content. Viewing the entire library of content requires a valid cable or satellite subscription from a participating provider. There is a fair amount of content available even without a subscription and the entire library of videos can be browsed as well. The channel appears to be focused on comedy and music, with original series, behind the scenes interviews and sneak peaks with the stars.
Quick Look: The NBC Sports channel has recently combined several of its other sports channels into one location including NBC Sports Gold, NBC Golf, The Olympic Channel and Telemundo Deportes. The channel features live sporting events, full event replays, and event highlights from the NFL, NHL, MLB, Premier League, NASCAR, IndyCar, College football, Kentucky Derby, PGA Tour, and more. Live events and full replays are available only to those who subscribe to a participating pay TV provider, but cord cutters shouldn't write this channel off.
