The Outdoor Cooking Channel, a cooking, food and lifestyle channel that has over 80,000 Roku subscribers, is offering a new section of videos titled "Holiday Outdoor Cooking".
This new section focuses on outdoor cooking recipes and ideas that include traditional food like turkey, ham and desserts along with many other recipes and videos that introduce new ways to prepare and cook holiday meals. Here you'll find out how to prepare a "smo-fried" turkey, acorn squash grilled pumpkin, twice smoked holiday ham, beercan vegan turkey on a Big Green Egg, and much more. This category, which offers both a continuous play selection and video on demand, will be available until January 1, 2014.
