RokuGuide Quick Look: If you aren't familiar with the Picasa brand, Picasa is a free photo management software package from Google that lets you organize, edit, and share your photos. Picasa Web Albums is an online photo and video sharing service. The service is free for up to 1,024 MB of storage, but you can purchase additional storage.

Picasa Web albums users can view their own photos on their TV using the Roku Picasa channel. Just follow the onscreen instructions to link your Roku with your Picasa Web Albums account, and you'll be able to browse your photos. You can browse through albums, browse by tag (if you've tagged your photos), and view your favorites (if you have favorited any photos). You can also browse through other users' public photos, but you cannot go to specific users' albums.

The Picasa Web Albums channel includes slideshow settings that allow you to automatically cycle through your photos, which are all displayed full-screen. If you wish to view your photos as a screensaver, you can do so with the Picasa Web Albums Screensaver channel.
